1. License

You're granted a personal, non-transferable license to use Best Friend Energy on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment. The app's source license governs the code; these terms govern your use of the published app.

2. Subscription

Best Friend Energy is free with ads. An optional auto-renewing subscription removes ads.

• Price: $1.99 per year. Local price may vary by region/currency, as shown in your store at the time of purchase.
• Billing: Charged to your App Store or Google Play account on confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal: The subscription automatically renews at the same period and the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Uninstalling the app does NOT cancel the subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies.

3. Content

All names, compliments, and quotes are original and procedurally generated for entertainment. The app is an original, parody-style work and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any television show, network, studio, or their characters.

The content is for fun. It is not advice — medical, financial, legal, or otherwise.

4. Acceptable use

Don't reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except as allowed by applicable law or the app's open-source license. Don't use the app to harass other people.

5. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alex Fricker Studios LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
